Certi-Fire Training Benefits

Certi-Fire is an accredited program, sanctioned by the Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM), that certifies licensed electricians to install, test, verify, and maintain fire alarm systems. Certi-Fire electricians meet standards set out under the Ontario Electrical Code, Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, and Underwriters Laboratories of Canada. They undergo approximately 160 hours of extensive training, which includes academic classroom sessions as well as practical hands-on shops. Recertification is required every five years, keeping all Certi-Fire electricians up to date on the latest fire alarm technology, regulations, and best practices. Certi-Fire electricians are your one stop service professionals for all your skilled electrical work and fire alarm needs, and building a consolidated relationship that can save you time and money.
